Reiki Training Courses for Individuals
Individual Reiki training courses are held over one day and are suitable for those who want to be trained individually in Reiki First or Second Degree.

First Degree Individual Training
The First Degree Training is suitable for anyone (children and older people too) who wants to tap into his or her own healing abilities and experience the Reiki healing energies.
This one day course includes:
- The fundamentals of the Reiki system of healing, its history, effects and benefits.
- The basic Reiki hand positions for treating yourself and others.
- Four energy attunements, conducted in three initiation rituals.
- Teaching Material: Reiki Manuals / Reiki Certificate
- One guided healing treatment CDs of Tanmaya
Cost: € 750 / Duration: 1 Day (10.00 am to 6.00 pm).

Second Degree Individual Training
The Second Degree Training introduces further aspects of the inner exploration of ourselves, – coming to know yourself better – using a variety of methods, including meditation and visualization techniques.
Second degree training is suitable for all students who wish to experience the healing energies on deeper levels.
This one day course includes:
- The meaning and usage of the three powerful Reiki symbols
- Learning the techniques of Mental- and Distant healing.
- A special energy attunement (Initiation) which enhances your channel for healing abilities.
- Teaching Material: Reiki Manuals / Reiki Certificate
- One guided healing treatment CDs of Tanmaya
Cost: £ 850 / Duration: 1 Day (10.00 am to 6.00 pm).
